Delivery & Returns FAQs
Do Samsung offer free delivery?
Yes, Samsung offers free next day delivery on all items. Orders of small items (i.e. items are small enough to be delivered by one person) are delivered seven days a week, and will arrive within 1 working day if you place your order before 8pm. Free next day delivery is still offered with large items except for TVs, but orders will not be delivered on Sundays.
Can I choose a specific time slot for my delivery?
For small items, you can choose to pay to select a specific timeslot Monday to Saturday. Fees for timeslot delivery usually start from £3.99.
Can I amend my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, Samsung cannot accept changes to an order once it has been placed due to their next day delivery policy. If you forgot to add an item to your order, their free delivery means you won't pay any extra to create an additional order for the item you forgot. However, if you no longer want all or part of your order, you will either need to cancel the order or return items to Samsung after they have arrived.
Can I track my Samsung order?
All Samsung orders can be conveniently tracked. You’ll get a confirmation email when you place your order, and another email when your items are dispatched. Both will contain tracking links. For more information on tracking, head to the Samsung website.
What is the Samsung returns policy?
You have 14 days to return any items you don't want to Samsung. Items must be sent back in like new condition, in their original packaging, and with all chargers, accessories and other free products provided with them (i.e. as an extra). Samsung may reduce your refund amount if you have used the product more than you would have at an in-store viewing. Items can be returned free of charge, either by arranging a collection (for large items) or printing a free returns label and posting them (small items only). Yes, when you shop with Unidays students can currently benefit from 25% off everything except gaming monitors which are 15% off.
Does Samsung do NHS Discounts?
NHS and Key workers who shop with a Blue Light Card can currently receive 25% off fridge freezers and 20% off washing machines.
Should I wait for Black Friday discounts at Samsung?

Yes, if you've got old devices you're looking to replace, you can send Samsung your old tech in exchange for a discount on your next online order. You can find out exactly what your device is worth and if it’s eligible for trade-in on the dedicated trade-in page. If you're happy with the amount you can get for it, let Samsung know and they'll send you an envelope so you can send them your device free of charge. Once they’ve got your device, you’ll get a voucher to use on your next purchase.
What is Samsung Pay?
Samsung Pay is the tech giant's own app that lets you pay for things safely & securely. Download the app for free and connect it to debit & credit cards from all the major banks, along with loyalty cards, to carry out all your transactions from your smartphone.
Do Samsung offer installation of appliances and other devices?
Yes, larger items such as home appliances and TVs can be installed, wall mounted (TVs only; you’ll need to provide the wall mounting), set up and demoed on delivery. Samsung can also remove and recycle old appliances at the same time. Costs will vary depending on what you order and the level of service you select, but prices will be displayed at the checkout. Can I transfer data from my old device to my new one?
Absolutely. Samsung Smart Switch is designed to make data transfer easy, and they provide walkthroughs on how to transfer data to different devices and operating systems on their website.

What if my discount code doesn't work?

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true.
