Can I change my Park Grand London Hotels booking?
Yes, you can. To make alterations, you’ll need to head online and navigate to the ‘View/Modify Reservation’ section of the website. From here, you’ll be able to see your booking details and make any changes.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can. If you cancel your booking, it must be before 2:00 PM, 24 hours prior to your expected day of arrival. You can do so by heading to the ‘Cancel Reservation’ section of their website and by entering your reservation details.
Is a deposit required?
Upon arrival, a deposit will need to be taken to cover any potential charges from the bar, restaurant or room service facilities. This tends to be £50.00 per night and will be refunded straight back to you should no extra charges be required.
