Yes, Osprey currently offer free shipping on orders over £75.00. For orders under this amount, shipping will cost £5.00.
Can I track my Osprey order?
Yes, once your Osprey order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email which includes your tracking ID. You’ll then be able to track the journey of your parcel all the way to your front door.
What is the Osprey returns policy?
If you’re not happy with your Osprey items, you’ll have 30 days from the date of delivery to return them. Please note that all products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of returns.
