Can I get free delivery at Fiorelli?
Yes, you can. If you spend over £50.00 on an order, you'll be eligible for free Standard UK delivery (otherwise £3.99). If you spend over £65.00, you’ll get free Express delivery (usually £4.99).
Can I get track my order?
Yes. When your order has been placed, you will get a confirmation and dispatch email with a tracking number. This can then be entered on the Royal Mail Website.
Can I return my order?
You’ll have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items. All returns have to go through the Fiorelli returns centre page on their website and items must be sent back in the original packaging and a resaleable condition.
Are returns free?
Yes, all UK returns are free at Fiorelli. To start the returns process, you’ll need to head online and access their returns portal. From here, follow the on-screen instructions and download your free returns label.
